The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall SB 172(efd am H) pass the House?" Representative Vezey moved the effective date clause. The question being: "Shall the effective date clause be adopted?" Representative Mackie gave notice of reconsideration of his vote on SB 172(efd am H). Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the House recess until 2:00 p.m. There being no objection, the House recessed at 12:52 p.m.
